Who we are looking for
Freelance work is available in various areas:
- Flight instructors (FI, CRI, IRI)
- Theory instructors
- Technical consulting & development of ATO documentation
The advanced training of FI(A) with limited authorization “FI(A) RP” is part of our quality standards. It is intensive, time-consuming, and requires pedagogical sensitivity and technical excellence.
We only offer this opportunity to motivated and talented flight instructors who want to become part of our team in the long term.

Requirements
- EASA-compliant qualification as FI(A)
- Teaching skills and professional demeanor
- Enjoyment of imparting knowledge and teamwork
- At least PPL(A) teaching license, preferably also with instrument flight training license
